It’s really wild to me that I have to go for a month without internet in my brand new home thanks to @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum giving me incorrect conflicting information. So now I have to figure out how I’m supposed to do my job every day as a wfh employee

It felt great to have @GetSpectrum customer service tell me to use another ISP when I’m sure they know they’re the only option for my area. Had spectrum actually done their job correctly, I would not have moved into my home until internet was available
