@potterybarn I've been waiting since August for a couch and loveseat. They've been delayed 5 times and now found out they are still in production. The latest delivery estimate is April 13, but I'm not hopeful. Very frustrating!

@potterybarn I ordered a couch and loveseat in August 2021 and have had delivery delayed 5 times now. Original date was December 17. Now it's April 13th. I'm not optimistic that it won't be delayed again. Very disappointed!

@Christi39716187 @VillageCroton This is ridiculous. The restoration time posted (11pm) came and still no power. From what I observed crews are not being managed well. There seems to be a lot of coffee breaks and hanging out in trucks.
