Last night the 11th Circuit ruled to keep in place a nationwide stay (supported by ABC) against the Biden admin’s #vaccine mandate policy for federal contractors. #FedCon. Admin may appeal to SCOTUS. In OSHA ETS case, appeal to SCOTUS already filed by 6th Circuit losers.
UPDATE: OSHA announced a delayed re-start of the ETS enforcement until Jan. 10, and won’t issue citations for noncompliance with the rule’s testing mandate before Feb. 9, “so long as an employer is exercising reasonable, good faith efforts to come into compliance w/ the standard.
