Middle schoolers with the max plank hold challenge! We have a new record of 4:22 and we canโt wait to see how we progress in this throughout the year. These kids love a good challenge! Strong bodies and strong minds!
The concentration tongue gets me every time! I love their focus when faced with a challenge. Today we worked on taking turns in a relay style exercise and tossing to a target or goal!
Today in K-2 PE, we worked on moving our bodies in a shared space- keeping ourselves and others safe while staying in a designated area. The sun was shining as bright as these kidsโ faces! Day 1 in the books! โ๏ธ
Today in 3-5 PE, we learned how to be aware of our healthy hearts! We figured out what makes our hearts beat fast, and how to recognize when we need to take a cool down lap, or rest in the shade to bring our heart rate down. Day 1 in the books for these awesome kids!
