It’s great to have signed with a great club, great bunch of players and staff, who have also made my wee girl feel part of the team. Thank you @RenfrewLadiesFC

[Nicole Goodwin @NicoleGoodwin93]

Pictures speak a million words. Being able to come back to football after being diagnosed with heart failure, a leaky valve and type 1 diabetes is just surreal. Not to mention dislocating me knee. But to have my wee girl cheering me on from the side is the best feeling.

[Nicole Goodwin @NicoleGoodwin93]

I can’t believe how lucky I am to be able to get back to doing what I love the most. I have found the love for the game which I once had before I had my baby. To share my footballing memories with my daughter by my side is the best feeling in this world.

SIGNING NEWS

We delighted to announce signing of Nicole Goodwin. Nicole has featured a few times already for the Frew and we will see more this season 💪

[Lianne Sanderson @liannesanderson]

9-0 in the mens game Seems to equal great performance. Absolutely. In the women’s game for some it equals poor goalkeeping and “Women’s football is rubbish “ 🤣 oh the double standard. How ironic.
