Update: 15 days since ordering, still no shipment. Got a call from Cust. Service a week ago saying this has happened to lots of other customers too, and that I have “a lot of competition” for actually getting the item I ordered. No more Hallmark shopping for me!

@Hallmark How awful! I successfully ordered an ornament on your website a week ago. Waited on hold for over 1 hour today since it still hasn’t shipped. They said that your distribution center “ran out” so now they’re reaching out to local stores to try to fill my order.

Stores sold out on release day, so even though I have a confirmation email and order number from ordering online, there’s probably very little hope I’ll ever have my order fulfilled. Why would you sell items you don’t have?? Just an awful way to do business.
