@PrincessCruises my parents are loyal customers with a trip booked in March and next March. My dad had a HUGE brain tumor removed last week and is relearning how to walk in rehab. Today @PrincessCruises refused to reschedule them. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? ๐๐ป
