Let’s be clear: a sane person doesn’t walk into a church and murder children. This shooter was clearly disturbed. But notice the double standard — when young men under 25 commit mass shootings (which is the majority of them), we don’t scapegoat all young men. It’s Official - California is a Land Grab
Just informed by FEMA in California if your home was affected by fires and required to spend more than 50% of previous homes value you will be forced to raise the entire property structure to new “flood water” requirements. I will be forced to raise a perfectly good property 3-4 feet at a cost of $40-50M.

This will make it impossible for anyone to rebuild adding years to completion. Everything the California govt suggested about coastal approvals, fast tracking etc was a lie.
