Burnout is at all-time highs. We tend to think of burnout as an employee issue. Leaders can be overlooked since they're expected to relieve it for people on their teams. But 1 in 3 of your leaders are struggling too.
Colorblindness is more common than most people know. Stoplight charts might look good to you, but they're some of the least inclusive charts for people with color blindness.
