@SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Full Fibre 500 but my DL speed is 40Mbps even though Sky app says nothing wrong. Is Sky down in Hayes UB3? Nothings changed at home, same device, same room, no VPN etc

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I joined Sky Stream this month. While linked apps like Netflix don't seem to have any issues, I can't watch the Sky Last of Us as there is a very distracting Lip Sync issue. I restarted the program several times but it just won't sync. Do you have any tips? TY
