@LBC @ShelaghFogarty Can I ask a genuine Question, why do they want to come to the UK rather than stay in France, which is a civilised country?? What are we offering them that France is not. Anyone entering illegally should be sent back to where they left from.

Please can some from @virginmedia help 🙏🏻 2 severely disabled adults moved into new independent home 2
(2 year project) and been let down by engineers twice! Need internet for their care system ASAP please. Getting no joy on the phone... desperate now

@virginmedia The last engineer just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t care less. He wouldn’t call anyone or anything for us to try and resolve. Just sat in his van for 30 minutes doing nothing because he had nothing to do. I don’t understand how no one senior is willing to call me

@virginmedia You’ve gathered no real info from me at all? You don’t know the address or anything so how are you able to help these 2 adults with disabilities who have no internet through no fault of theirs or ours? Surely you must have an engineer who could be diverted as an emergency

@virginmedia We really are pulling out hair out here. This is also putting out daughter and the other young adult with disabilities at risk without the internet... we’ve done everything we can but no one is helping us... this is a last resort in here. Do you want the address ?

@virginmedia Called 7 times told by a chap would get a supervisor or manager to call us back in 2 hours, no call. Wasn’t given a ref no either? So sounds like he was just palming us off. We have called so many times honestly... never given any red number at all
