@SouthwestAir 20+ years loyalty, southwest credit card holder for 7 years, rapid rewards member for 8. To be completely treated like trash, WAS GOING TO MAKE ME PAY THE DIFFERENCE for a new southwest flight - all a huge mess. Never thought I’d have to reconsider my main airline
