@HomeServeUK I rang this very cold evening (21/11/25) as I had just been told that my elderly, vulnerable, disabled neighbours have been without hot water and heating since 14/11/25. I rang to lodge a complaint and try to get them sorted asap. Result was the parts might be here 25/11/25!!!
