We have no gas supply since 8 months. Despite multiple complains, no team has showed up. We don't have gas at any hour in a the day, solely on cylinder, but we've been paying 700+ and 800+ monthly bill. Been calling them everyday since 3 days but no one has come to check

@KElectricPk Please escalate this issue. We have no electricity since 7.20 am or even before, and it's almost 5.15 now! Nobody has contacted us. It still says number invalid when I dial 021118 from my registered number. I wonder if you've blocked this number. It's reachable with others.

@KElectricPk so power resumes at 2 am and then at 7.20 am we have no power again. Why can't you just fix once and for all whatever the issue is? Some cable breaks every time, phase issue etc. cz it's not loading shedding. Please contact me on my number inboxed to you.

Our area without electricity this week so far:
Wed: Around 6.30 pm- Thur 2 pm
Fri: 10.50 pm- Sat 6 am
Sat: 7.30 pm- Sun 2 am
Sun: 7.20 am- has to be restored
There are people who are sick, with no power backup, and it is terribly hot nowadays. Please look into it!
