It makes perfect sense when you realize they view the “ceasefire” as only applying to one side. Their complaint isn’t war, but Jews fighting back.
They weren’t bothered that Hamas broke a previous ceasefire on 10/7 or that they broke the recent agreement.
And if Israel agreed to a permanent ceasefire and Hamas launched another 10/7 attack a month later, they would tell Israel to stop defending itself yet again and everyone knows it.
IT'S TIME FOR ALL OF US TO RAISE OUR VOICES!
The School of Social Work at @Colubmia University CANNOT allow a "teach-in" that sees rape as a "counteroffensive" and calls murder and kidnap of children "revolutionary violence"!

I think a lot of people still don’t grasp this. They say, “Gee, Israel played right into Hamas’s hands by going after them in Gaza.”
In fact:
The *rest of the world* has actually played right into Hamas’s hands with these big protests, echoing Gazan Health Ministry numbers, etc
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi confirms the military is beginning to operate in southern Gaza.
"Yesterday, today, we killed [Hamas] battalion commanders, company commanders, and many operatives. And yesterday morning we started the same move in the south of the Gaza Strip. It will be no less powerful than [the operations in northern Gaza], it will have no less results. We have the capabilities to do it in the most thorough way, and just as we did it with strength and thoroughly in the north of the Gaza Strip, we are also doing it now in the south of the Gaza Strip," Halevi says to troops in at the Gaza Division in southern Israel.
🔴 Arsema Kifle, a student @UMassAmherst & a co-founder of UMass Dissenters, spoke at a pro-Hamas rally where 57 protesters were arrested for trespassing. “You must divest & cut ties from war profiteers which arm Israel’s genocide in Gaza!" she said. https://t.co/AqcX8pnW80
