1. FII और PRO का रुख (Smart Money)
FII**: 1,14,000 Puts खरीदे हैं (मंदी का झुकाव) और 9,528 Futures बेचे हैं। साथ ही 18,433 Calls भी खरीदे हैं। इसका मतलब वे पूरी तरह एकतरफा क्रैश के भरोसे नहीं हैं। नीचे के लेवल पर हेजिंग या शॉर्ट-कवरिंग का स्कोप खुला रखा है।

PRO (HNI/Prop Traders)**: 1,80,000 Calls बेचे हैं और 13,145 Puts खरीदे हैं। कॉल बेचना सबसे खतरनाक चाल है वे बाजार को एक तय सीमा से ऊपर नहीं जाने देना चाहते (upside को कैप करना)।

2. रिटेलर्स का ट्रैप
रिटेलर्स पूरी तरह बुलिश बैठे हैं 1,62,000 Calls खरीदे और 1,46,000 Puts बेचे हैं।

यूनिक इनसाइट: इतिहास बताता है कि जब रिटेल इतनी भारी मात्रा में लॉन्ग (बुलिश) होते हैं, तो बाजार अक्सर उनका शिकार करता है। FII और PRO दोनों ने Puts खरीदे हैं और Calls बेची हैं। स्मार्ट मनी ऊपर जाने से रोकना चाहती है या शार्प करेक्शन / वोलेटाइल एक्सपायरी की तैयारी में है।

3. ऑप्शन चेन से कनेक्शन (कल की एक्सपायरी)
24,000 का सीक्रेट**: 24,000 स्ट्राइक पर 2,50,314 Put OI है बहुत मजबूत बेस। लेकिन FII के 1.14 लाख Puts खरीदने से संकेत मिलता है कि अगर सुबह दबाव बना और 24,000 टूटने लगा, तो रिटेलर्स (जो Calls खरीदकर बैठे हैं) पैनिक ट्रैप में आ सकते हैं और तेज अनवाइंडिंग (डाउनफॉल) हो सकती है।

ऊपर की दीवार**: PRO के 1.80 लाख Calls बेचने की वजह से 24,200–24,300 जोन लोहे की दीवार बन चुका है। जब तक बाजार 24,250 के ऊपर टिकता नहीं, लंबी तेजी मुश्किल है।

कल की एक्सपायरी के लिए रणनीति व्यू
मार्केट का मूड: डेटा साफ “Sell on Rise” (ऊपर मिले तो बिकवाली) का इशारा कर रहा है। स्मार्ट मनी (FII/PRO) ऊपर के लेवल पर Calls बेचकर और Puts खरीदकर सुरक्षित खेल रही है, जबकि रिटेलर्स अंधाधुंध तेजी में हैं।

कल के ट्रिगर पॉइंट्स:
अगर फ्लैट या हल्का गैप-डाउन खुले और 24,050–24,000 के पास आए → देखना होगा कि Put राइटर्स भागते हैं या नहीं। 24,000 टूटा तो बड़ा डाउनफॉल संभव।
अगर शुरुआती घंटे में 24,150 के ऊपर निकला → शॉर्ट-कवरिंग से एक बार उछाल आ सकता है, लेकिन 24,300 के आसपास फिर बिकवाल हावी हो जाएंगे।

Why is the overall trend marked BEARISH?

Because the big players (FII + DII + PRO) bought a large number of Puts and sold Futures/Calls.
Retail is the only one showing bullish activity, but their weight is much smaller.

Simple rule to remember:
Whatever FII + DII are doing is the real market direction.
Retail often does the opposite (that’s why they are sometimes called “dumb money”).

Next time you look at the table, just ask yourself:
“What are the big players doing?” → That becomes the overall trend.

One relatively unique less-discussed reason for today’s Bank Nifty weakness (especially the sharper fall in PSU banks) was mark-to-market (MTM) losses on government securities.

PSU banks hold large portfolios of sovereign bonds (G-Secs). Rising bond yields (driven by the RBI’s recent hawkish stance + elevated global yields) reduced the market value of those bonds, leading to MTM losses.

This hit PSU banks harder than private banks, which is why stocks like Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, and SBI led the declines (1–2.5% down) and dragged the entire Bank Nifty.
