@AbeOudshoorn Even worse Abe: LTB has no role in cases of high rent increase on units first occupied after Nov 15/18 - made exempt from the RTA sched. rate inc. Why?? Tenants often don't know about this. Leases can be almost silent and rule can be easily misused. The opposite of stability.
