At its heart, NiftyGate is a self-hosted, drop-in proxy that lets you gate access to any HTTP endpoint based on token ownership. If you think of a token like a ticket to your club, NiftyGate would be the bouncer at the door.
NiftyGate 0.7.0 has been published! TLS support is the the headline feature in this release. There’s also some new embedded tooling for working with certificates, if you’re into that sort of thing. Check it out at https://t.co/BrmI7ZBf9A

NiftyGate is the new name for sig-proxy. It was renamed after far too much deliberation, because it’s easier to say out loud, and better reflects the most interesting features of the project.
