Stop trading 50K like you have 5 lakh⚠️

If your trading capital is 50,000/-

And you lose 5,000/- in a week…

That’s not “just 5k”.

That’s 10% drawdown.

Now read this carefully:

To recover 10% loss
You don’t need 10%.
You need 11.1% gain.

Math:
50,000 → 45,000 (-10%)
To get back to 50,000:

5,000 ÷ 45,000 = 11.1%
Loss hurts more than profit feels.

Now let’s talk realistic numbers.

If you risk 5% per trade on 50,000:

That’s 2500 per trade.

Two bad trades back to back?

You’re down 10%.

One emotional revenge trade?

You’re down 15%.

At 20% drawdown:

50000 → 40000
Now you need 25% return to recover.

Ask yourself honestly…

Can you generate 25% consistently?
Or are you just hoping?

Risk per trade: 1%-2% (500 - 1K max)
Max daily loss cap: 3%
Stop trading after 2 consecutive losses
Never deploy 100% margin in FNO

Small capital doesn’t die from a bad strategy.

It dies from oversized risk.
