Aging is a complex process? I don’t think so, if you ask me I would say that aging is simply deterioration of a system

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

. The process occurs over a period of time that might be short or long. And there are many factors that influence this process.

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

Now the important question is that what factors speed up or slow down the process of aging. We cannot totally avoid

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

the process as every humane being have to expire one day. Sorry to say that but that is not the topic. So where were we

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

, aging is a UN avoidable phenomenon but I think that we can slow down the process. Can we?

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

NO, I have a different opinion. We cannot slow down the process of aging but we can normalize it to the base rate

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

because our activities already speed up that process. Whenever we talk about slowing +down the proce ss of aging we

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

are actually confusing ourselves. The reality is we normally speed up this process and then start finding solutions.

[Nigel Facer @NigelFacer]

The only solution is to know and get information about our life style and a little bit of our normal physiology
