@virginmedia I’ve sent you the location but if you customer service team had done their job correctly and not been so arrogant the issue is in my house we might have a service we can use instead of the constant dropped service which kicks us out of all our work, services and vpn.

@virginmedia Thanks, I would suggest some customer service training and someone to come and repair the issue in the street cabinet as ours has been taped together for months rather than push the problem back to the customer to look through forums which isn’t going to repair the issue
