@Safaricom_Care Your faiba connection is becoming frustrating nowadays. We don't have connection and it takes two whole days to fix and you don't extend that grace, on the day it is due, you disconnect immediately.

@SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care why does your net drop like every month? It's becoming a norm now. And it takes a day or two to fix it but you will disconnect immediately when it's due not giving an extension of the day(s) it was down.
