@VW what's worse is that I'm now extremely nervous to drive my own car that I have, up until this point, been so excited about. #jetta

[Rania Nitekitten @NightKitten]

@VW instead I was stuck struggling to find a way to and from work and inconveniencing my friends and family

[Rania Nitekitten @NightKitten]

[Rania Nitekitten @NightKitten]

@VW gift card is nice but doesn't dull the shell shock and terror of having my new car die in busy intersection #jetta

[Rania Nitekitten @NightKitten]

@VW it took almost two days for a VW representative to get back to me. She offered me a visa gift card and an apology. #volkswagen

[Rania Nitekitten @NightKitten]

: @VW my '14 jetta TURNED OFF and died WHILE DRIVING in NY rush hour. Also, Carnet button died with it. #jetta #volkswagen
