It’s with sadness we say goodbye to a member of the Night Sky family - Bow.
Bow was the inspiration and model cat for my very first app - iPet Photo, and she featured in that apps marketing back in 2009. iPet Photo led to many other apps eventually leading to Night Sky. Bow has been by my side for almost 20 years, and in that time she was next to me from the very first submission of Night Sky to the App Store in 2011, and every single update since.
Bow has always sat patiently listening to the keys tapping away on the Mac keyboard as every app update came together, and very often decided to make MacBook Pro the perfect heated cat bed (as I’m sure a lot of cat parents understand)! She ended up with her own heated cat bed right next to my workstation in the Night Sky studio as well.
Thank you Bow for all your years of being there, being patient and years of friendship. It’s only fitting we acknowledge her in this way, as she truly was part of the roots of my app development and background story of Night Sky. I’ll think of you whenever I look up to the stars.
