Most women are too emotional to be of any REAL use. For the most part they are an obstacle to success, the whole "I helped him" gambit they talk in divorce court in order to get half of his stuff is BS..
If they helped him, it was by teaching him resillience by way of him making it to the top despite them being a consistent obsticle in the path to his success.
