TL;DR - We've been super busy which is why we've fucking sucked at social media but we're back baby. We're sorry we abandoned you 🥺

We owe you an explanation...

Our social media presence has been pretty awful over the last few months but it's not because we don't care.

Our social media has always been ran by me (Hi, I'm Sam, one of the owners) but as we've grown it's become more and more difficult to make time for it, despite knowing how important it is.

A little over a year ago Twisted Beast was 3 people. Two owners and our marketing manager. Over the last year we have added 5 excellent and amazing guys in London.

Everytime we hired we just got busier and busier and so I ended up packing orders again.

We are now in a position that we have overhired which means I can now focus on the fun things again. Making new toys, new apparel, new poppers AND back to social media.

Social media is actually the most fun part of the job and I'm very excited to get back to it, if you read any of our tweets you can tell it's actually enjoyable for me. We rarely tweet generic corporate boiler plate things. We like to have fun, call you the F slur and bully you all.

We also want you to know that with the amazing support you've given us we've passed this success onto our team.

Our starting salary for a full time warehouse operative (pick and packer) is now £40k/$53k.

We give all of our team a % profit share in the business so our success is their success. This means they are engaged in suggesting changes and new products because when we do well, they do well.

Our bonus scheme averages out at about an additional £10k/$13k per team member.

We provide private healthcare for all our team because we want them to not have to stress about their health.

And lastly we will soon be moving to a true 4 day work week, no compressed hours, just another day off, same pay because we want our team to be happy, see their friends, go on holidays and not feel like their workplace is a capitalist prison.

So to summarise.

We've exploded in growth. It's all thanks to you. We've shared this success with our team. But this means some things (social media, new products) have fallen off the radar. But now we're in a position to get back to having fun and engaging with you!

@Bludwingart I don't know if it's been suggested to you before, but you could Nightshade your art to poison the AI models, or Glaze it to just protect it against AI theft. The tools are free. It takes a bit of time but it's a good way to fight AI
