Spent some time reverse engineering the UV maps for the classic shirt / pants texture wrapping - now I can use EditableImages for clothing, allowing for a ton of cool real-time customization & fx possibilities!

Some of the most common requests since SHL2 came out:
- I want to use two weapons at once
- Why can't I use my weapon while I fly?
7 years later, we finally have a power system flexible enough to do just that!

The Super Hero Life II Remaster map is off to a nice start!
Notice the procedural decoration being used on the walls and storefronts - it's made building out new sections of the map a breeze! Definitely something to iterate and expand with time๐

@DarthThanos5 And as a bonus, even if afterwards SHL4 is still stuck in development purgatory, at least the people who love the previous games will have something new to enjoy
@DarthThanos5 It got overscoped unfortunately. Remaking the SHL games is an effort to build up a solid foundation for SHL4 while keeping the scope to a much more realistic scale for a single full-time dev team.
Going all out on the prop selection menu:
- supports portrait mode
- allows for full screen browsing
- search bar
- filter by category
It's not the flashiest game dev work, but this is the kind of effort that will save players from a ton of friction!

After we finish our current project, our next project is to return to SHL4, starting by remaking and modernizing 1-3! Expect to hear more about that this Spring / Summer!
Hello! Been a year since our last post. As you may have noticed - like SHL4, our other project Infrastruct never released. It's not fair to y'all to keep showing cool stuff but never release it, so we went radio silent.
Time to change that, here's what we're up to! (๐งต)
#Infrastruct will be playable this February! Say hello to the first footage recorded from within a live server. There are some secondary features to add and bugs to fix, but overall the game is super close to release!

@Perthecther Definitely not this year - the track creation code is pretty modular though so we're definitely going to return to the idea at some point! It's just too massive a scope to really do justice with right now.
We're also going to be posting much more frequently. After the last two projects, we've regained confidence that we can deliver on the games we begin. Thank you all for your patience, and we're excited to make some awesome stuff for y'all!
