Something I have changed in my trading that has helped me identify much higher probability trade setups

I used to frame intraday executions based off timeframe alignment of
- 1hr key level (IRL/ERL) > M5 execution
- 4hr key level (IRL/ERL) > M15 **

Switch the 1hr to the 90min
Switch the 4hr to the 6hr

A CIC between the times of 7:30/9:00, 9:00/10:30 for NY AM session high or low identification

A CIC between the times of 13:30PM/15:00 for PM continuation/reversal

A CIC between the times of 18:00PM/0:00/6:00AM for the daily candle high or low identification

2 losses in a day im done for the day

4 losses in a week im done for the trading week

Monday / Friday 0.5% risk per trade
Tuesday - Thursday 1% risk per trade
