We had a blast Sunday afternoon in the IOTA Heroes discord, with our Halloween PvP Tournament livestream! 🎃

The gold you spent buying PvP tickets burned more than 10% of the supply of $IHG 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We spent 1½ hours delving into the matchups and watching some really close games.🎮

In the BO5 grand final we saw TISSAIA vs SA466, an interesting warrior vs mage matchup, where TISSAIA the mage came out on top. 🏆

The owner of TISSAIA took home 12.000 $SMR, The Monster PROMO hero as well as a custom made unique T-Shirt with the winning hero on it! ✨

We are sure that The Monster will be happy to start going on adventures with a very capable owner! 🔥

Sadly we forgot to turn on the recording, so the fond memories will be exclusive to all those who tuned in for the stream. 🙃

If anybody wants to watch the matchups, they are still available inside the game where you can check out all the brackets!

With only 1.5 Hour to the #Founder Sale, we bring you some tips for the early #IOTA Heroes game #economy!📜

1: Initial Gold Supply is ZERO🚫💰
There is no gold in circulation yet, nothing has been presold or minted to a war chest!
Gold enters the economy when heroes go on adventure and successfully complete the battle.

To make your hero stronger you need to invest gold in your training facilities. Stronger heroes make more gold from adventures.

Gold is useful for lots of things; Researching, Reforging, making new Regular Heroes, resetting Hero Stats, and Trading Post deposits.

You will be able to trade Gold for Game Items and Shimmer on the Trading Post. And once we see some gold enter the economy, we expect it to be listed on the various dexes as it's just a simple ERC20 token.

2: Your heroes can earn PASSIVE income💸
If you’re not sending your hero on adventures, list it for others to use on the Renting Marketplace.

Founder Heroes can get Hero Tokens from monsters through the loot tables, so they might get a higher rent price than regular heroes.

Pick the $SMR price for each adventure and watch the $SMR roll in as players rent your hero.

We think the stronger heroes will earn more on the Renting Marketplace!

3: As you play you can mint new heroes! 🦸
If you collect 15 Hero Tokens from adventures (or the Trading Post), you can combine them with 1000 Gold in order to mint a new regular hero, which can start adventuring as well!
