@reliancejio @JioCare I hqve logged my service request 2 days back as my broadband isnnot working. But its still pending and not resolved. Please check this urgently before I move to @airtelindia today Details in screenshot below

@JioCare Its been 4 days the request is raised. What kind of service you are providing? Just tell me the steps to disconnect my jio broadband.

@JioCare Weird part is that the customer can't even contact the support agent to even know the status of thier request. This is something you guys should work on

@JioCare Well the issue still persists and the engineer assigned is not even picking up the call. The engineer name is Vijay Sharma. The day is over and ruined for me. Any updates on this yet?
