5- stop using the scale as validation for your progress. Your body weight consists of water, muscle, fat, bones everything. Your better off taking pics and measuring your waist line consistently to see the progress you are making.
4- Dont waste your money on fat burning supplements. They don’t work. Build a routine move, sleep, strength train and eat well while prioritizing protein. Stay consistent.
Craving that chocolate bar?
Have it!
Don’t grab the protein bar. It’s not going to taste as good as the chocolate bar so it won’t fix your cravings
No, it’s not going to ruin anything.
Have the chocolate bar
Track it
Move on
If you have a sedentary lifestyle
If you are eating way below your recommended deficit
If your diet barely has protein
if you never push at the gym
If you aren’t getting enough sleep
If you have high stress levels
If you don’t drink enough water
You might not lose weight.
People think drastically cutting calories is the solution
Unfortunately I’ve seen it over and over again where people are eating an abnormally low amount of food but have zero results to show for it.
Your doing more harm than good.
Signs that you are under eating
- low energy or chronic fatigue
- fluctuating glucose levels
- unhealthy hair and nails
- mood imbalances
- slowed metabolism leading to weight gain or no change
- muscle loss
- weight gain
S started training with me 5 months ago
Her goals were:
- start an exercise program
- Lose body fat
- Drop her waist size
- Reduce back pain
She had time constraints as she was busy with work and her kids and couldn’t train more than 30 min a day 4x a week at home
