@mjmetts The vaguer suggestions are good, but be careful on pages where you have more than one section where folks can “learn more”. If you do go that route try adding context to what they’re learning about. “Learn more about how to write link text” for example.

@_annieoleary @Frankenpalmer I agree. There’s definitely an ‘s’ after the word ‘head’ though. I tried my old favourite trick of squinting. Sometimes the words are easier to read... I think there might be some dodgy spelling making it harder to work it out.

@AmazonHelp Thank you. It doesn’t seem an environmentally sound strategy. I did also hear that customers can ask to reduce the amount of packaging used in their deliveries. Can you confirm if this is true please?
