@airindia@airindia very poor that on support, I am getting email to purchase tickets. Flight was cancelled at your end so it's your responsibility to provide similar sitting arrangement when we are travelling with 2 kids. Pls do the needful.

Flight got delayed by 4 hours for take off and issues enroute the journey:
1. Seat was very congested to be there for 16 hours
2. Screen of media entertainment was broken and touch was not working at all

@IndiGo6E very poor experience at Chennai airport for 6E 5367. After purchasing Upfront by laying extra amount with first in and first out feature, ground staff did not allowed to enter early and told us to wait till last.

Expected delivery was 8:49PM and now I have to wait till 11.30pm?

@airindia While booking flight with maharaja club points, it takes more than the flight cost.
I tried booking BOM-CCU for 2nd Feb where flight ticket is at INR 6500 and with points it becomes 9500 points + INR 1000 charge to book.
Why it's taking more points for booking?
