I have also wrote many mails to their Ceo @gaurav_jalan on [email protected] but no such helo and revert from hus end their representatives are very rude and dont know how to speak with their client @RBI kindly look on this and ban this app they are fraudster.

I am now every disappointed and with this @mPokketOfficial @Mpokket_Support have spoke with many of their customer care executives they just defend each other interuprs alot and even doesnt allow to speak, gives fake commitments
Asked me to upload the bank statement

So that the limit will get increase and after doing that now they are saying it wont happen you have to make payment on time where i have already made the payment on time

@mPokketOfficial @Mpokket_Support Please be aware of this app its a very fraud app firstly I thought this app is a very geniuene and good app but as i check now its a very fraud app

This app when i started using it increased my limit very fast and now it is just decreaing it.

Today i again connected to customer care no proper resolution was provided when asked to transfer the call to their supervisors they say we cannot transfer the agent was very rude the name of the agent was Bani

Am very pissed with this @mPokketOfficial @Mpokket_Support
