Came to Novotel Delhi Aerocity to celebrate wife's birthday. @Accor Platinum member. Was promised a Suite and decoration by staff on email.

They gave me basic room with no decoration. Called reception from room 3 times, no one picked. @All

Here is video of a call not picked in over 100 secs. Even the front desk staff is too slow. Requested for manager multiple times but told he is busy.

Bad bad game management and team selection from SRH. Not picking Shivang and Carse over Malinga and unadkat was shocking selection. Need atleast 2 bowlers who can take wickets.
