@OnTrac_Shipping Ontrac delivered my package to the wrong address, photo attached to the delivery when compared to where I live is proof enough of that. When reached out, they are refusing to take accountability and cannot even say that yes, we delivered it to the wrong address

@OnTrac_Shipping How is this language a proof that Ontrac messed up, sent it to the wrong address & is accepting their mistake. How can I take that language to the retailer and ask for a refund/reimb. of the order. To top it all, he just ended the chat on his side (a cute slap in the face).
