How can we trust the Lib Dems flagship policy to remove social care contributions when the Lib Dem controlled Richmond council voted against this proposal by the Greens - stating 'there was already sufficient discretion' in the existing conservative policy.

A more long term solution for an improved surface has been proposed by the towpath group, which I hope we can get funding for. Councillor Niki Crookdake
