🗣️ “That move to Liverpool… it was my dream. Everything was almost done, I had spoken with the manager, I could already imagine myself playing at Anfield, wearing the shirt.

Then suddenly, everything collapsed. In football, things can change very quickly, but that one hurt a lot.

Even now, it still hurts me a bit, because I know how close I was to that moment.

For a time, it was difficult mentally. When a dream disappears like that, it stays with you.

But I had to stay strong, keep working, and move forward.

Joining Real Betis gave me a new opportunity, a new challenge, and I found joy in football again.

I’m totally devastated. There’s absolutely no excuse for this. We had everything we needed to make it to next year’s Champions League and we failed.
