@unitedutilities 5p is still 5p in the great cost of living crisis. I still cannot drink water from my tap. Bar me going to a shop and spending more money on bottled water, do we have any time frame on this?

@unitedutilities we live in the M24 area and our water is now brown. We have humans and animals in the house, we have run the water and its still brown. Can you advise what we can do please? Thanks

@unitedutilities Hi Emma, how long did we need to run our taps, when you're on a meter as well? It's still murky after 20 mins. Running the water from main sink in kitchen.
