1/2 Oh boy @SouthwestAir ,ya'll messed up. My mom has been sitting in the Baltimore airport for hours waiting for connecting flight, which she missed b/c no announcement was made. Your employees at the desk were rude & offered no help.

2/2 told her she was on her own for a hotel. The staff was openly talking nasty about her b/c shes upset. Thanks for ruining my mom's much needed and well deserved trip. We won't be flying with you again.🤬
