Positive leaders don’t sugarcoat the situation. But they also don’t let negativity sour their spirit. Stay positive and keep working for a better tomorrow.
It’s Monday! Today let’s:
1. Rise and Shine (vs Rise and Whine)
2. Be thankful
3. Choose faith over fear
4. Replace “Have to” with “Get To”
5. Encourage others
6. Show up and do the work
7. Trust in a bigger plan and purpose for your life
8. Be the change you wish to see
You won’t always be motivated.
You won’t always be inspired.
You won’t always be excited.
You won’t always feel like it.
But you can still choose to be committed, to be disciplined, to live the standard, to do the work.
Own the way you show up.

In the end, we won't be measured by our bank account, sales numbers or wins and losses but by the difference we made in people's lives... and we make a difference through relationships. Love, Serve and Care more today.
Incredibly grateful for my time with @GoBearcatsBASE over the last 3+ years.
To all the players,
THANK YOU. Tough to put into words how much you mean to me. So thankful for the life-long relationships we’ve built. It’s truly been a blessing to be your Coach.
Love you,

The biggest thing I tell people about mental health is that feelings are temporary. If you're sad, depressed or suicidal, I promise that feeling won't last forever. Ask for help, call a friend, go to therapy... please just do something. You deserve happiness. You're not alone. ❤️
