your roku app doesn't detect when the TV has been turned off or check to see if you're still there. I turn off the tv and come back hours later to turn it on and the same show is still playing many seasons later. this is a serious oversight.

I've been using @OtterBox products for damn near 10 years but they don't want to help when their product fails so I guess I need a new, more reliable phone case. sucks. not putting another OtterBox on the phone that broke wearing an OtterBox...

this update to version 9 on my note 9 is the worst thing you've done to my phone, ever. had to turn off all customization to see half of the displays. VERY upset...

I have the note 9 and the new OS update was applied yesterday. now my calendar is a mass of non-visable white. I've tried changing themes and wallpapers. more tab a little frustrated that this update is not compatible with ANY of my existing themes.
