@MrCooper Disappointed with our service with Mr.Cooper. Our loan was purchased by them, which is common, but now we are selling our home and the most enticing thing would be an assumable loan, which apparently takes Mr. Cooper 4-6 mos. Others lenders are 2-3 mos. Why?

@usedgov When will the deferment counts be updated on our PSLF counts? I looked on student aid and it stated it would be updated in Fall 2022, but now it is not known. I tried to contact my servicer and student aid and neither had an answer. Any assistance would be helpful!

@FedExHelp and @FedEx, I have been waiting on my package all morning. I paid extra for it to be overnighted so it would arrive by 10:30am. Here I am, still waiting for my package/medications at noon. The thing that is annoying is there are no updates on the tracking. Why?

I had a package overnighted, which the virtual assistant states should be delivered by 10:30am. It is almost 12pm.

@usedgov How long does it take to receive an answer on this? I have applied with @MOHELA twice and have not heard back. My worry is if something is “incorrect” on my application, I will not have time to fix it. I applied with FedLoan as well and did not hear anything.

@FAFSA @MOHELA Applied for this over a month ago, August 26 to be exact. I received correspondence saying it was delayed and would hear back in 10 days. That was on Sept 18. Still have not heard anything from @MOHELA. So I applied again just in case. When should we be receiving an answer?
