He and his companion were so very blessed and protected as they were able to talk their way out of the situation and go on their way.

My heart panicked, and in the same moment, rejoiced, and I knew he was doing what the Lord wants him to do.

Caleb almost made it two years on his mission without getting a gun pulled on him. But now he has that story to tell his kids and grandkids. It’s his last transfer, less than six weeks to go before he’s home, and I am certain, more than ever, that God is with him. 1/2

@nicoraytruth I couldn’t bring myself to send my children to public school. All the sacrifice and cost was well worth it not to. I would’ve considered private school if they’d have allowed my children, but when they learned we are LDS they refused us. So we creatively homeschooled.

@nicoraytruth Belief is faith, not knowledge. Joesph and the witnesses had real, tangible knowledge and faith. I have faith enough to stake my life and that of my progeny on it. But it is still faith and not knowledge. One day I will KNOW my faith was in truth. Probably after I leave here.

@ohboyscoobs @chadwinksart Was not Christ still God while also man? Being mortal man needn’t be mutually exclusive from being God, as Christ’s life and death and then resurrection proved. I think people get stuck on fallible human semantics and comprehension.
