It was awesome until Claude started with their bans. Then it was so difficult to get it working with anything else - just roadblock after roadblock.

I switched to hermes, and it worked a lot better. I assume openclaw is better now though.

I agree. Super important to get feedback, but a lot of the times the root cause of the complaint is something entirely different.

The trick is to figure out what that is and to fix that instead

Speaking as an experienced dev and game balancer (I balanced much of the Age of Empires series), i will say that Mark is correct insofar as players mostly can only identify problems.

BUT THAT’S EXTREMELY USEFUL. If a thousand players complain that the game starts too slow, LISTEN. You don’t need to adopt their suggested fixes, but their grievance is real.

So my experience is watch players keenly and take close notes on everything they say, while you find you best solution TO those problems they identified.
