@TheSimsDirect My sims won't feed their infants. I have to use cheat codes to refill there needs. Also when my sims cook, they go and grab a serving and it goes on the floor. No matter what I do. Then when their hunger gets extremely low they grab leftovers. Very frustrating 😕

@optimum I lost internet for 9 hours yesterday due to a "Maintenance update" according to tech support when I called in. I called today to get a credit for the huge inconvenience and I got offered $2.73. What a joke. Also, your customer service is horrible. Unacceptable.
