@SamsungIndia Thank you for the reply. I have spoken with the customer care and they have send the concerned technician today but as it was raining so he was not able to fix the issue. So he will be coming tomorrow again. Thank you for the reply

@SamsungIndia really bad services and bad experience with Samsung AC. Don't purchase Samsung AC as mine stopped working exact after 1 year. Even with extended 5 yr warranty no service is given. They dont even come home to visit or check d issue.

@Adani_Elec_Mum @ShivanShetty this is to inform you that every day we r facin electricity cut for an hour at night. Either inform us of this cut or check the meter. Only once phase Seems to get electricity cut every day b/w 11-1 pm

@Adani_Elec_Mum I recently received bill for my house which is usually vacant and hardly a bulb is used. And I was shocked to see the amt is 1210Rs. Can u explain how this happened. Plus my other house also happens to get bill of same amt. how come 2 different house with same amt
