@WilsdorfAndreas @EAFCconcepts I realized this lack of incentive part long ago (in Fifa 07 days) & it was not even career mode. Just 6 of us friends ran a league season in custom tournament mode. When 2 guys realized they won't likely make the last 4, they just lost any motivation.
