Two young lives from Nandigram are beginning a journey toward healing, and I am glad that we could play a small role in making that possible.
During our Sebaashray camp in Nandigram, we learned about two young girls, Suparna Jana and Arpita Dalui, both suffering from complex heart conditions. Their families had been carrying the weight of this struggle, living with the uncertainty that accompanies such serious medical challenges.
The moment their situation came to our attention, arrangements were made to send them to AIIMS, New Delhi, where they can receive the specialised treatment they require. Within our limited capacity, we have ensured that every aspect of their treatment is being taken care of, because no child’s chance at life and health should ever be constrained by economic hardship.
May they return home soon with renewed strength and bright smiles. In the end, the true measure of any society is how gently it cares for those who are most vulnerable.
Empowering Bengal's youth, one step at a time! 💪
Under the visionary leadership of Smt. @MamataOfficial, the Banglar Yuba Sathi scheme is here to stand by our young job-seekers. Eligible unemployed youth aged 21–40, who have completed Madhyamik, will receive ₹1,500 every month as financial support for up to 5 years or until they secure employment.
This assistance is a companion on their journey to self-reliance and brighter futures.

In the depths of my inner turmoil over an insidious process that has shattered lives and echoing the collective anguish, pain, and righteous fury of our people, I have channelled these emotions into a humble verse.
On his birth anniversary, I bow in deep reverence to the eminent Indian jurist, Justice Radhabinod Pal, a towering figure of international law whose courage, intellect, and moral clarity continue to inspire generations.
In May 2025, during my visit to Japan, as a member of the all-party delegation leading India’s global outreach against terrorism, I had the privilege of paying my respects at his shrine in Tokyo. It was a profoundly humbling moment to stand before the legacy of a son of Bengal whose principled stand at the Tokyo Trials affirmed India’s commitment to justice, dignity and independent thought on the world stage.
His life remains a reminder that true greatness lies not merely in position, but in the courage to uphold conscience against the tide.
Sebaashray represents a solemn and unflinching commitment to the health, dignity, and well-being of every resident of Diamond Harbour. In Satgachia, we have had the privilege of providing free spectacles to 2,248 individuals, restoring not merely their vision but also their confidence, independence, and hope for the future.
Eyes are far more than instruments of sight, they are windows to opportunity, clarity, and a brighter tomorrow. Through this initiative, we empower our people to embrace life with renewed optimism and self-respect.
Sebaashray remains steadfast in its mission to deliver accessible, compassionate, and meaningful healthcare to every citizen in need, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Sebaashray 2 continues its journey with the core belief that no citizen should be denied care, dignity, or hope because of circumstance. Across our camps, people are receiving free consultations, health screenings, and essential medicines. And now, by restoring something as fundamental as sight, we are helping restore confidence, independence, and opportunity.
In Falta alone, 1,104 citizens received free spectacles as a gift of clearer days, safer work, and brighter tomorrows. For many, this means reclaiming everyday independence long denied by untreated vision loss. With the blessings of those we serve, Sebaashray will continue to walk this path, guided by the conviction that public service finds its highest purpose in improving lives.
Democracy is punished.
Criminals are rewarded.
Agencies are weaponised.
Elections are manipulated.
JAIL the PROTESTERS.
BAIL the RAPISTS.
This is BJP’s version of New India.
Even if the rest of the country is forced to surrender,
Bengal will resist.
We will fight you tooth and nail
and defeat you,
no matter how much force you unleash. #AbarJitbeBangla
