While inspecting the ductwork in this attic, we actually came across this vertical dryer vent that was completely stopped up! We took it apart and cleaned it from the dryer to the roof vent, and now we can see daylight again! The dryer will be drying WAAAYY faster now!

This week we replaced the supply and return plenums on a 4 ton system in Bartlett and added a base under the furnace to raise it up. This was all to create better airflow into and out of the system, allowing the system to work much better!

During the warmer weather this last week, we got to break out all the A/C equipment for a leak in the system! An old braze joint got a leak, but we fixed it right up! Back to running again and no worries when starting up again in the spring!

Changed out this PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) unit for a new one in Memphis! This one got super loud. The homeowner bought a new one and we just did a quick swap!
We like seeing these systems because they are just smaller versions of what we normally work on in homes!

Scary No Heat Call!

Found an electric heat kit with both wires and a contactor burned up! This was likely due to very loose wiring connections in several places! Thankfully, the breaker tripped like it was supposed to, preventing a MUCH larger issue!

Today, we assisted in replacing zoning dampers! We swapped out the old, broken dampers with a new Honeywell Zoning system! These pictures show us testing the equipment before closing it up completely, and a broken belt on the old damper. Everything went smoothly!
